Feature Recipe - Italian Baked Chicken With Aubergine
I saw this dish on a trip to Italy but never got to try it. I was reminded of it the other day so I thought that I would recreate it in my own unique way. It is a great combination of flavours and a healthy meal to eat as a family. Hope you enjoy.
If you have enjoyed cooking any of my recipes remember you can leave me a message at the bottom of each recipe. Thank you.
About Me
I have worked in the catering and hospitality industry for over 15 years in various roles, 5 of which were as a chef. In 2008 I left the industry to become a full time stay at home dad, which I absolutely love. My passion for food though has never left me. I love to cook for my family and friends and I am always coming up with new recipes.
My wife suggested to me that I start to share my recipes online and so therecipechef.co.uk was born.
I also volunteer at my local SureStart centre teaching cookery to both adults and children, which is very rewarding and a great way of passing on my knowledge and experience to others.
I love reading your feedback on my Facebook and Twitter pages and taking on board your suggestions and comments.
If you have tried one of my recipes, or like the look of one you can also leave a message at the bottom of each page.
Thank you for visiting my site and I hope that you enjoy it.
